A RUNAWAY bull has been captured on camera rampaging through a local supermarket in Ireland.
The store’s CCTV pictures show the bull running through the aisles of Cummins’ SuperValu in Ballinrobe, County Mayo after it escaped from a nearby cattle market.
Store owner John Cummins told The Sun: “The bull ran down one aisle, and into the store area, where he had a good look around and came back out again.
“He then charged down another aisle and out the front door again.
“Amazingly, no one came directly in his path or it could have been very bad news. It was a happy ending to a story that could have gone very wrong.”
Mr Cummins said some staff members ran after the bull as it entered the store but quickly got out of the way when the bull made his way out of the store again.
No one was hurt in the incident and the bull was later captured by its owner.
